This project involved renovations and additions to five existing school libraries at Helotes Elementary, Lackland City Elementary, Villarreal Elementary, Sul Ross Middle School, and Clark High School. The scope of work included general construction, site work, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. This project included performing work in facilities that were occupied and in use during construction.

This project had an extremely tight schedule with a 120-day window to complete over $3.3 million of work at five campuses. Bandy Constructors met substantial completion dates at all five campuses.
