This new construction project was an approximately 101,000 SF, 2-story with a footprint of 81,000 SF. The ground up project included new infrastructure, utilities, site work, playscapes, and a complete landscape and irrigation package. The structure was comprised of a pier supported slab on grade; elevated concrete structure for the gym and cafeteria; pan slab construction for the two-story academic wing; and beams and joist structural steel package for the roof framing systems.

Mora Elementary School also included a complete commercial kitchen, elevator, and specialty gymnasium equipment. This was a CHPS (Collaborative for High Performance Schools) project and Bandy Constructors completed all necessary documentation and management practices to ensure the CHPS program was successful.
