This Construction Manager at Risk project consisted of three connected pre-engineered metal buildings totaling 23,000 SF, plaza areas, new parking, and associated site development infrastructure. The facility included 17 classrooms and associated restrooms for grades K-6. This facility was constructed adjacent to occupied school buildings.
