This project including the construction of a new UIL competition baseball and softball fields and included a total site development package.  The 12 acre greenfield site required earthwork, extensive hydro mulch and temporary irrigation systems, site utilities, new hot mix asphalt concrete (HMAC) roads and parking lot, perimeter security fencing, a new water well and wellhouse, water distribution and filtration systems, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, and overhead and underground electric service.

The new athletic fields included a new concession stand, public restrooms, concrete foundations, masonry, architectural finishes, MEP systems, concrete paving, athletic field fencing, complete baseball and softball fields including field landscaping and irrigation systems, athletic specialties, field lighting, scoreboards, bleachers, public sound system, and data technology.
