Working with Bay Architects, this two-story, 92,000-square-foot intermediate school was completed on a 12 month fast-track schedule. The project included extensive site development and underground utilities, underground propane storage, a propane fired chiller, hydronic piping, a full kitchen equipment package with serving lines, and indoor and outdoor athletic areas. The site was situated immediately adjacent to a residential subdivision.  By communicating with the neighborhood association and actively addressing their concerns regarding noise and dust, we were successful in avoiding complaints thereby helping to protect the school board’s relationship with the community.
