Designed by Garza Architects, this new two building, 16,000 square foot facility was built to accommodate the grammar school for a Christian and classical co-educational K-12 facility. The project included the relocation of existing service utilities, extensive site remediation to eliminate expansive soils, and new buildings. The Grammar Building for the Geneva School of Boerne was designed as multiple single story buildings that include general classrooms, computer lab, music, art, administration, and support functions. The design incorporates sustainable design features including energy efficient building systems and materials, local stone, concrete, and metal roofs. The design incorporates a Texas Hill Country vernacular of materials and landscaping.
