Elementary School project consisted of 6,790 SF of renovations and 19,559 SF of new building additions to include renovation of existing administrative areas and cafeteria, new classrooms, support offices, and expansion of stage area.

Cole High School included 8,418 SF of renovations to cafeteria space to add two classrooms, art room, life skills area, and renovation of existing medical clinic. This project included performing work in a facility that was occupied and in use during construction.

In addition to the original scope of work, the district added HVAC modifications to their Data Center.
