We worked with Alamo Community College District and Alamo Architects at the Northwest Vista campus to renovate the existing Huisache Hall Student Center and construct a new gymnasium. The renovated areas include weight rooms, dance studios, study halls, restrooms, and common areas. The new competition-size gymnasium includes an elevated, cantilevered track with resilient athletic flooring, 30-foot-high masonry walls, and wood gymnasium flooring. In addition to constructing the new gymnasium, we also completed significant site improvements including landscaping, irrigation, modular retaining walls, and pedestrian paths with minimal impact on the surrounding natural areas.
