Jerry is an experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of successful high-profile project delivery within demanding schedule requirements.   He has conducted project related operations including organizing job sites; managing contracts; developing schedules; coordinating deliveries; and maintaining safety and quality production.  He interprets construction blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure code compliance and design conformance. Identify, analyze and resolve day to day challenges, scheduled trade contractors, coordinate workflow and construction activities resulting in timely, safe, and quality production.  Jerry has lead project teams through project award; scope development; contract negotiations and execution; and construction deployment.  He has executed and maintained management processes and disciplines in the areas of scheduling; quality production; project safety; project coordination and communication, and cost and procurement management.  He confers and collaborates with supervisory personnel; site owners; customers; and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as city permit requirements and inspection process; field driven design modifications; and construction change directives, as well as conducting pre-construction and post construction walks to assure general construction compliance within contract scope of work and adherence to project closeout.
