Eric began his construction industry career in high school where he attended and graduated from Northeast ISD’s Design and Technology Academy in its Architecture Pathway. After working his way to a Jr. Project Manager position at Lopez Salas Architects, Eric chose to enter the commercial construction field. He has since completed multiple commercial projects in the $1 million to $7 million range, including both new construction and renovation scopes of work. Eric’s background in architecture gives him a unique and effective insight into construction management, and the experience and knowledge necessary to quickly identify and resolve constructability issues. Additionally, Eric possesses the communication and management skills necessary to effectively manage team members and subcontractors.
