Chad has served in the role of superintendent for over thirteen years. In this role, he has provided the necessary leadership and management of the overall project effort including scheduling, document and trade coordination, safety, and quality control. He is an experienced and motivated self-starter with proven success in site work, utilities, foundations, interiors, and MEP scopes. Chad has both broad based and detailed knowledge regarding drawing reviews, teaming with the design professionals, project meeting management, project documentation, production scheduling, inspection processes, and subcontractor management.
