Joining the team in December 2018, Dawn’s responsibility as Business Development Manager is to increase client base and market segments for the company, while maintaining current client and team member relationships.
With over 25 years of business development (BD) and marketing experience, Dawn’s responsibilities include development and execution of the company BD plan for multiple segments; ensure effective branded business development communications; increase awareness of company to further develop client base, opportunities and growth; and customer relations and client satisfaction.
Dawn has been married to her husband Michael for thirty years and is the proud mom of two children. Emily is a teacher in Colorado, married to Eric and the mommy for Evie, her first grandchild! Her son Alexander, married to Karin, is a Navy Corpsman stationed in North Carolina.

Who is someone you admire, and why?
My husband most definitely! He came into my life during a very difficult period and has stood by me, supported me, believed in me, loved me, and tolerated me every day of our 30 year marriage (or at least most of them as far as tolerated….) 🙂
Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about?
I used to compete professionally as a ballroom dancer and co-hosted a golf talk radio show.
Flashback to when you were 10 years old. What do you want to be when you grow up?
A flight attendant…my dad worked for Frontier Airlines and they always seemed to love their jobs and people.
How do you want people to remember you?
I hope people remember me as sincere, kind, positive and fun!

Organized, Helpful, and Joyful.
What are some causes you care about?
Any organization that deals with our military and veterans.
What do you do in your spare time?
Business Development doesn’t leave a lot of spare time, but when it does I enjoy golf, reading, and relaxing in my backyard with my husband and dogs.

Life is not measured by the breaths that we take, but the moments that take our breath away!
