We have worked extensively in the area of K-12 and higher education facilities, and have translated our experience with these demanding, quality-focused assignments into work on a broad range of other project types, including manufacturing facilities, office buildings, and places of worship.
We have an intentional emphasis on the process of the building, not just the construction of the building, which is what sets us apart.
Bandy is highly recommended by our firm as they have repeatedly proven to have project teams with experience, integrity and tenacity, the right combination to provide the Owner with a successful project. The personnel with whom we have worked directly reflect the overall philosophy and mission of the company.
Bandy Constructors understands the needs of the Owner, works hard to ensure success, and produces quality construction. They have the unique ability to work closely with the Architect and Owner to ensure quality.
For Bandy, it is really the end result. They look to first of all not only satisfying us as the architect but also to make sure that the client is happy. I think client happiness, or satisfaction rather, is paramount in how they operate.
