What will happen after I submit my resume?

After you submit your resume, you will be contacted if we are considering you for any open position. Candidates who meet the required qualifications and are under consideration will typically go through a phone interview followed by a personal interview with the applicable management team members. Upon an offer of employment, you will be required to submit to and pass a drug screen and fingerprint background records search prior to onboarding.


What types of facilities does Bandy Constructors construct?

We have worked extensively in the area of K-12 and higher education facilities. Other project types include office buildings, healthcare facilities, hospitality projects, and places of worship.


What are the opportunities for advancement?

Entry level positions with our project management teams are typically Project or Field Engineers, with the potential to progress to Assistant Superintendent or Assistant Project Manager, Project Superintendent, Project Manager, and Senior Level project management positions. We perform most duties in-house with department managers and support employees for our Accounting and Finance, Pre-Construction/Estimating, HR & Benefits, and Safety departments.

Craft and Field employees with the required qualifications have the potential to advance to Foreman, Assistant Superintendent, and Superintendent positions.


How will my performance be evaluated and when are pay increases considered?

Supervisors conduct performance reviews on an annual basis, and recommended promotions and pay increases are considered at the end of that process. To provide assurance that our team members are being compensated fairly and competitively, the Human Resources department reviews current wage and salary levels within the construction industry on an annual basis. 


How much travel is required?

Bandy Constructors currently serves a market that can be described as the area located within a 150-mile radius of San Antonio. The amount of travel associated with each project will vary according to project locations. When possible, Bandy Constructors will choose to compete for projects that minimize the amount of travel required of team members.
